Can't install WP Hotel Booking with Hotel Booking WooCommerce Payments

I’ve just bought this plug in, i mean like just today : Hotel Booking WooCommerce Payments
Regular License
6 months support (expires on 11 Apr 2019)
Purchase code: 58fda474-c536-4806-85c3-172123879f18

first I can’t install it, it says it can’t work because “Hotel Booking WooCommerce Payments plugin requires Hotel Booking plugin version 2.4.0 or higher.”

and second it says that my purchase code isn’t good.

and everywhere I go I can only see that the last version of your WP Hotel Booking plugin is only 1.9, so what’s the deal?

I really need my site to be opened today, so I really need you to explain what’s is going, I almost paid more than 150$ buying all that plug ins and support etc… and nothing is working !!!
