Hello!
I started this discussion in FB group (here I’m using the profile of the person who developed the website) and the administrator recommended me to open a thread here:
Students are getting certificate even if they don’t meet the requirements. When the period of the course ends, the “View certificate” button shows up even if they didn’t complete the lessons. I selected “100% of quiz result or lessons completed to finish the course” as the condition to pass, but it seems it’s irrelevant.
In addition, I would like to suggest including a criterion such as “Evaluate lessons AND quizzes”, in which the student must meet two conditions in order to pass (for example 100% of lessons AND 70% of quizzes).Also I noticed something regarding the emails: I didn’t use to send e-mails to students through learnpress, but I started to do this recently. I noticed that the tag {custom_name} is not available for User Order Complete emails. Only the {order_user_name} is available, which is not so nice, since we call the student by a nickname (like “Hello, johnd10”) instead of his name. Is there a way to solve this issue?

Thanks for your answer.
This is not my official website. It was a test version which was disconnected. I just sent the access info. (I didn’t update Eduma because I got problems while testing).
Please, I’d like to kindly ask to you do not make any changes in the website. Just check and tell me what to do.
