Checkout page is blank when outsiders access the website?

Master Gardener in Vancouver BC Canada made a website, https://dev-master-gardener.pantheonsite.io/, for evaluation. We downloaded Learnpress along the demo course. As we log in an admin to the site, the Checkout page functions OK. But when we try to log in as an incognito, the Checkout page is blank?
The committee will conclude next week to decide which software/platform to run our basic Training online, thanks in advance for your prompt advise!
