I and the client observed that there is a database-related error related to some users’ course progress.
This issue is related to approx. 40% to 50% of the users maybe more.Explanation:
For some reason, even if the users had already completed and passed courses but the Average converted to 0%.

And they cannot proceed with prerequisite courses due to this problem.
Screenshot: https://postimg.cc/gallery/4N3mXmWSo, what we needed is, that we have to revert back all the incorrect data (change all the passing records to 100% instead of 0% or empty).
We cannot tell to the end users to redo the courses again because this is a technical problem on our end.
I think this was introduced after the themes/plugins major updates. But I don’t remember the date or versions. But looks like it happened over a year or more ago.Can you apply fixes on the database level? I think that would be the easiest way.
I have already provided all the login details including Cloudways hosting login.
