curriculum is not showing (call to undefined method)

Dear,
When a student is inside their courses, curriculum of the course is not showing. But when students are not signed in, they can see course curriculum. PLease answer soon.
the error message ” Call to undefined method LP_User_Item::get_item_type() ”thanks for responding
