ERROR “Envato API system has occurred error. Please try again later!”

Hi, when I am Install the plugins “LearnPress” and I have to Login in ENVATO the sistem said me this error and I can´t login and the install tle Learpress neither.

What I can do it? I am working in local server with AppServe, Apache. Could be It one problem of version of PHP, MySQL or other?
