Hi dear Learnpress team,
We’re experimenting a new bug quite annoying and disturbing related to course purchases…
After a new user or a registered user finishes a Learpress Course purchase (using credit cart and/or a woocmommerce coupon) the course purchase finishes correctly and the course is rendered in Student Profile courses correcly. BUT, when the user (logined) clicks to this course in order to start it, the course page button for “continue” with the course is never rendered and instead it renders “purchase now” so the system is not recognizing the student as enrolled because is still showing the purchase button.
We’ve checked the orders in learnpress and the orders in woocommerce and are totally fine, the orders are there, and our CRM is registering the existence of this client and is detected as student, so the only thing may happen is an error with Learpress and the button system failing considering this student is not there.
In other hand we’ve tried to access as student to this purchased course to a lesson directly but the lesson is blocked because the system persists considering the user as a non-enroled student.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nOxX3myVp9wIgN5N1rMO3jPHPmVB2NN7/view?usp=sharingThe lesson is not unlocked but the course has been purchased properly previously

Thanks a lot for your support!

I’ve forgot to say something relevant in this issue…
Student must log-out and log-in in the site in order to experiment the issue.
After completing a purchase in the same session, it looks fine, but after logout and login, the problem persist and learpress is not considering the user is enrolled to the previous purchased course anymore.
Please help
Thanks in advance!

Maybe your site is cached, please clear the cache and check again.

Well, I have cleared the cache severally before but this challenge persists. Besides, the learners are in remote places. I can also test their accounts from my account and the challenge remains.

Hi Julia
The site has been tested with normal wp rocket configuration and with wp-rocked disabled and zero cache, but the problem persist.
Here you have a video –> https://vimeo.com/876277927/ead7a9c478?share=copy
With a loggined user (admin) with cleared cache
-I’m purchasing a new course
-After purchase the course in session is available to enroll an acces as student
-Log out session
-Log in session
-The course is not accessible anymore ( only visible in my courses but the student is not enrolled)The problem is not related to cachĂ© we’ve tested without it and our clients has reported the same issue after clearing cache.
Thanks again for your support,
Sincerly,

Hi Again,
The server is up again, sorry about that, please try to don’t open more than 3 or 4 post-edit (courses) in back end at once, or the server may go down for some seconds. It always restores after 30 seconds.
Thanks again for your help!

Hi Julia,
The site is up and running, sorry for any inconvenience, in any case, the video is showing clearly the problem, did you had the chance to review that video?
Could you please suggest any solution?
As I tould you the site is running, we know our server is not 100% optimal but we’ve been accessing and using to test the user flow with no 500 server error.
In any case, let us know any suggestion to avoid the issue we’ve recorded in video for you…
