Lost classes and having issues with quizzes

  We lost 2 or 3 classes, they were created and now they do not appear. We also have issues with quizzes, retakes and things of that nature

    When people take quizzes it is set for unlimited attempts, but limits them to one and often kicks them out before they are completed
