Moving a lesson from the end to the middle breaks content drip plugin.

  I moved a lesson which used to be at the end of the course to the middle of the course. Then added more content. This appears to break the content drip plugin. When you reach that lesson, now in the middle of the course, you see the option “Finish Course” in addition to “Complete”. It should only offer “Complete” until you really get to the last lesson in the course.
