Hello I would like to ask help for a problem that happened after a plugins update, due to the Certificate add-on plugin is not working as it should because when I try to choose a previous created certificate, it shows just blanks certificates and when I assign them and a student want to check their certificate it just appears a white screen. I don’t know how to solve this but I would appreciate you to let me know something about it or to hand me some of the previous versions of “Certificates Add-on for LearnPress” to try, because I can’t undo the update throw the “WP rollback” plugin.
Thanks in advance.

Hello, I’m sorry but the problem doesn’t seem to be fixed, the error still remains and when I try to create a new Certificate it do let me create it with some difficulties, but when I try to assign them to a course or (as a student) to claim the Certificate it shows just a blank page, I’ll attacht some screenshots of the problem:

I know, right? it’s really confusing and we don’t know what to do too, but there is, as you saw, 1 Certificate that works just fine, and it’s always with this image: https://mecinhome.s3.amazonaws.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/eduma-certificate-1.png
I don’t know why, I tried to replicate the dimensions, the file size, the name and everything that I could but with no results, so I have no idea why that image works but none of the others do.
Could you check that, please?
Thanks in advance.

No, that’s not true, how you even say that with no evidence after 3 weeks of not solving this major problem? Our students are claiming for their certificates and with this problem we can’t do nothing about it, please let me know if there if something that your team can do or at least tell me what did you tried to do, to try other possible alternatives.
Thanks.

Hello, I don’t know how long the same problem will happen over and over again, because until now it still exists. Please could you check it and give us a definitive solution? Because I don’t know what else to do and it’s really frustrating to have this problem for so long and every update or month.
Thanks.
