Orders are not created on Learnpress when I receive a purchase from Woocomerce

Hi, I have 2 problems:

1.Orders are not created on Learnpress when I receive a purchase from Woocomerce
2. I dont know If this problem has to do with the number 1: If buyer bought as a guest, how can he know where to link to watch his course?
