Hi there,
we have problem with students enrolling newly ordered courses.
When the order on woo was completed by BACS payment method, Learnpress did not create order automatically and students cannot enroll to their courses. The last two orders were made on december 3rd on woo, but I have to create the Learnpress orders manually today.
I have checked all the products and bundles, but everything is set correctly for courses.
Should it be the “Always buy the course through membership” option, if it is not checked?? Because all the courses and bundles have their membership levels set.
Thanks for your answer.
Stefan

Hello,
When you use Woocommerce and integrate it with Learnpress through the “Woocommerce for Learnpress Addons” plugin, the entire account purchase and activation process is in the hands of the “Woocommerce for Learnpress Addons” plugin and Learnpress has nothing to do with it.
You can see the orders in the “Orders” panel within Woocoomerce:
https://prnt.sc/22glcrzWoocommerce establishes as “On hold” the orders placed by BASC, since the payment has not been verified .
You have to change the order status manually (Although that can also be changed with some code).I wait for your answers.

I know about it, but even if I change the status in woo to completed manually, the order on Learnpress is not created and courses are not enabled for new students…
In older versions everything worked fine after successful order. When I have checked students profile, the membership was set but courses have not been enrolled, nor enabled for the student.

Hi again,
we have these versions:
Learnpress 4.1.4
Learnpress certificates 4.0.0
Learnpress PMPro integration 4.0.0
Learnpress woocommerce payment methods integration 4.0.4The main problem is, that if new client orders course or bundle through woo and pay by Direct bank transfer, the order is created only in woocommerce, but on learnpress the order is not set, even if the woo status is set manually to Completed.
What we need is:
– to create order on Learnpress for new student after the order on woocommerce
– to enable the course for new student by adding relevant membership level through woo order
– to add courses on the profile of the student(not a learnpress student profile)…Can you help us to set all these???
If it is not possible, than we should ask for refund…because there are often too many technical problems with Plugin or addons.
Thanks for help anyway…

Hi there again,
maybe we dont understand each other well…so I will explain the problem once more…
This is how it is actually set:
1. Courses are created and set for each PMPro membership levels.(memberships are free)
2. PMPro membership levels are created for each course and bundle of courses.
3. Woocommerce products are created and there is a membership level set for each of them.
4. After creating order on woocommerce and setting Status Completed, new order is created on Learnpress automatically.
5. After creating order on learnpress, courses are automatically enabled for new student on his profile page and student is enrolled to courses. And here is the problem, we need to solve, or we have to ask for refund:
There is a malfunction for woo payment method Direct banc transfer – after setting order as Completed on woo(no matter if manually or automatically), the order on Learnpress is created, but courses are not assigned for student on profile page and student is not enrolled to them.
To enable courses for student, I have to set the correct membership level for him manually on his profile.(even if the level is set on profile page, course is not assigned)
Only then the courses are assigned and student enrolled.
OR the other variation:
After creating order on Woocommerce and set it as Completed, the order on Learnpress is not created automatically and therefore the student is not enrolled to the course….
Few weeks ago everything worked fine using all the plugins, that we still use today.

I have the same problem.
I just created a topic with the same problem. I have to set another membership level which includes all the same courses manually. -

Hi,
today I have tested another order manually on woo, while making a video for you, and everything worked OK. I have used direct bank transfer method. The order was automatically created on learnpress and student was enrolled to course.
But as you can see on the screenshots, three orders were not created automatically in the past two weeks. Check the dates in woo and in learnpress….I have to create them manualy…and they were paid by bank transfer…
But the one order from 6th. december was paid by card and everything was fine.https://prnt.sc/23oxtqw
https://prnt.sc/23oxyr8And we have had problem with visibility of enrolled course lessons for students after completing the course. But as I have figured out, it was because of setting the duration of the course in hours. Is it OK to set it to zero, if we want to have unlimited access for students?
Thanks for help anyway…
P.S. I have found a problem with login to student profile while the Defender plugin was activated. It does not allow me to access my student account, even if I tried to login with correct logins. But it was OK, if I have used my admin logins.
