Progress Bar and Quizz not working

Hi, how are you?
We are having problems on our website.
The progress bar stopped working, so as the student advances in the course, it does not fill up. This does not mark the lessons as finished and prevents the student from receiving the certificate once the lesson is finished. (For the certificate we buy a separate plugin that is working correctly.) But by not advancing the bar, this connection is disabled.

On the other hand, we are also having problems with the quizzes since pressing the button does not lead anywhere.

We tried updating and it didn’t work either. We also tried rolling back the wordpress version since we read that this could be the problem, but it didn’t solve it either.
Can you help us?

Hi Phuong Ngoc,
We’ve already tried updating to the latest version but it doesn’t seem to have a cart option for the purchase and we can’t use cuppons and select different method of payment. And that’s sth we need, so we rolled back. And that’s when the problems started. We’ve also tried rolling back WordPress ’cause we read sth about some code problem with Learnpress that make that error appears, but it didn’t solve the problem either.
We’ve paid for the Shield so we can use the button “I’m not a robot” and in the new checkout didn’t work. So, as we said, we had several problems with the last update.If there’s any way to change the checkout page to the cart page, let us know so we can upload the pluging again. But if there’s no way to make it, we need to solve this problem without updating.
What can we do?

Hi Phuong,
We’ve updated the plugin and we managed to make the checkout and cart work.
But the progress bar and que quiz are still not working. We can’t complete the classes not by taking the quiz or checking the button “class completed”, ’cause it desappeared. We need to solve this so our students can recived their certificates once they finish their studies.
It’s also not working with the right menu when you start a course, inside of it. It changes to some old one.Let us know how to proceed.

Hi again,
The only way we found to make the “complete” button appear on each lesson, is to make the status of the order pending and then change it back to completed, it’s like reseting the course for each user.
We need to find a way to make it work again so we don’t have to do this manually with each student.Thanks,
