Records of a course dissapeard

Hi,
After a claim from a student we found out that all the records for a particular course had dissapeard. Just the status of the course for the students remained (in process, complete, etc), but the results of the quiezzes had gone. My guess is that the course missed the link with the records. See the screenshot below.
Can you help please?

Dear pcorrenti,
Sorry, but I don’t understand what you mean. Students can go to their profile to view their courses. and in each course there are still results for some students. you can check again.

Hi Phuong,
I’m sorry if I didn’t expressed myself correctly. Here we go again… we’ve received a claim from a student saying that his records for this particular course (course_id=5407) had gone. After reviewing it closely I saw that all the students records are there in the course with their status correctly (either in progress, completed, etc) BUT, some of their test results aren’t there. Take a look to the screenshot below, where I’ve exported the course records to an excel file.
As you can see, all the records are there, BUT look at the “Average” column… all the records up to december 29th 2020 are 0%. Which is strange because most of them have their test completed. From January 2021 on it looks ok. The problems seem to be before December 29th 2020.
