Replacing “All Courses” with “Available Courses”

How can I replace the string “All Courses” with “Available Courses”?
Found the string in learnpress-v3-functions.php but if I modufy the file in the child directory nothing happens. The file in “wp-content/themes/eduma-child/inc” does not seem to overwrite the file in “wp-content/themes/eduma/inc”.
