Social Share Icons on Certificate

I purchased and installed the Certificate Plug-In. When a student displays the certificate there is a prompt at the bottom of the screen that says “Loading Social Share”. Once social share loads, there is a box at the bottom of the certificate that displays javascript:void() that appears even though none of the social sharing options are checked in the Certificates settings.

So I found out that one of my plugins was causing the download image not to load. I fixed that. Now why does Show certificate popup not work. When the course is completed the certificate shows up in the Profile area but does not appear at the end of the course.
