Dear Customer support,
I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the level of support provided by your team. We have been dealing with the same ticket for over a month, and despite your repeated claims of resolution, the issue remains unresolved. This continuous back-and-forth has been a waste of our time and resources.
Furthermore, I would like to bring to your attention the common integration issue between LearnPress and WooCommerce, which has had a severe impact on our business. We have incurred losses exceeding 20,000 US Dollars due to this problem, and your customer support has been unhelpful in addressing the issue.
The response times for each ticket have consistently exceeded two weeks, which is unacceptable. It is clear that your customer support is not adequately equipped to handle the needs of your customers.
Considering the inefficiency and lack of support we have experienced, I request an immediate refund for the LearnPress price. Additionally, we are actively exploring alternative e-learning addons that provide a more professional level of customer support.
I urge you to take urgent action to resolve the ongoing ticket, address the integration issue with WooCommerce, and provide the necessary support. Failure to do so may result in further financial losses and the unfortunate decision to discontinue our partnership with LearnPress.
We expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to these issues. Your immediate attention and proactive measures are greatly appreciated.
