1. After the latest update to 3.2.5.1, students could not see the course PDF (see screenshot). We fixed this by using a different shortcode.
2. But then, students started telling us that the quizzes are skipping even numbered questions and they’re failing. We reverted back to the previous version of LP (version 3.2.3) and both issues stopped.
The last update is causing these issues. Can you please fix both of these things and any other issues asap and let us know when this is fixed?
3. Also, I am still waiting for a reply from the plugin author about why the author link doesn’t work. On course page, instructor link shows but when we click, it goes to login/register page. This link should go Instructor profile page. Go here: https://www.nahpca.com/online-courses/, click author and you’ll see (not logged in).
LP seems to have so many problems especially upon updating!

Thank you!
#1, though, student said this today:“So, I am currently taking the final exam. Here’s one issue I have found already…I inadvertently hit the “Skip” button when trying to answer Question 17. So, when that took me to Question #18, i thought I’d simply hit the “Previous” button to take me back to Question 17 in order to answer it properly. However, clicking the “Previous” button took me, rather, to Question 19. So, as it is right now, Questions 17 and are left unanswered with no ability to correct this. I will continue to work through the Exam until the end and will report back any other unusual behaviors I encounter.”
#2: Also, for the author link, you can’t see it if you’re logged out. Log out and then see what happens – it goes to the sign-in page.
#3: What about the PDF issue??? Student couldn’t see the PDF. They just saw this long, bogus URL. Not sure if the fix we used is still working after you updated?

Shoot, sorry, I just saw your reply. I didn’t get an email. We resolved all the issues except #2:
#2: Also, for the author link, you can’t see it if you’re logged out. Log out and then see what happens – it goes to the sign-in page.
If you click the author link on any course (logout) and you’ll see it goes to login page.

Dear karen1,
That’s right.
You have to log-in then you can see profile page of the author.

But that doesn’t make sense. We want potential customers/students to be able to read about the author before they purchase the course so they can see she’s valid and has a valid background, training, etc. Does that make sense?
