It took 4 days just for thimpress to suggest increasing the PHP time limit – 2 days after someone visited and broke it again…and they did not back up my stuff before they tried the update that I advised would fail and no sandbox.

this is really poor support – Im so upset its not even funny

Godaddy raised the php limit to 90 seconds 1 hour ago and said there is NO WAY ANY PLUGIN out there should exceed that limit including COACHING AND LEARNPRESS.

This is soooo unprofessional to leave me sitting here 4 days now with people ready for this course that took absolutely MONTHS to build and you tell me your people that visited did not even back that up??? This is BAD customer service. Sorry – just bad slow responses and passing the buck.

I call BS on that statement, yes thimpress visited twice to my site yesterday.

I already told you in the original post the plug in is **** NOT REINSTALLABLE **** its broken !!!

and question – if you can get it reinstalled on the coaching theme – is my whole course creation going to magically ‘reappear’????

    HELLLOOOO

Hello is anyone working here any longer? I NEED MY COURSE PUT BACK ON MY LEARNPRESS LIKE YESTERDAY!!!!

My whole learnpress has been removed from my website as of yesterday and no repsonse from anyone…a course that has been MONTHS in development missing now after thimpress visited the site yesterday.

    Hello Ha,

I am getting very upset, no one is responding and I can see from my tracking that thimpress has been on the website yesterday.

Since that the learnpress has not been put back into my plugins with my full course which is months and months of videos and work – 100% missing!

I need to know what the heck is going on and I need to know asap.

Is someone from there working on this issue right now? I just checked my dashboard and the learnpress plug in is completely missing, and in the coaching theme updates it is set to install which I am not going to do at this time because if no one is working on this I need you to reinstall my learnpress with my whole course back in the plugin – tonight my whole course is missing because the learnpress has been removed and it was not me that removed it and no one else has access. I sure hope you have backed up my course – I have worked MONTHS and months on this course now and there is no sandbox in learnpress to work within.

    Advise asap

    You can’t be serious?

So I have to wait till I setup my whole course and push it live to see if it works and if there are errors YOU have to work on it LIVE to fix the errors????? SERIOUSLY???

Do you not have a test mode for the course? This is crazy!

Please advise how a person or webmaster creating a learnpress course in sandbox mode/draft mode is able to run/preview the whole created course including the lessons without publishing it?

I just rechecked it, exactly the same, nothing has changed.

I still cannot run the course lessons preview while the course is in draft mode to see what a student will see, or to see if there are errors or glitches, when it goes live and they purchase it.

If you need a video, is there a free online something for me to use to video what I see on my screen here?

I switched browsers from MS Edge to Chrome so I suspect an issue with MS Edge and the learnpress. When using Chrome browser, I don’t see the same page error however the in preview the video in lesson 1.1 does not run. When I click on Lesson 1.1 ->Intro To The BadAss Belly Braintrain -> you can see the little triangle video icon beside it (see attached image) and nothing happens even though that lesson has the youtube imbedded link in there properly.

Does the whole course need to be in a published state to view the video lessons sequentially? If so that is going to be difficult to view a whole course by publish, unpublish over and over while people are waiting/trying to buy the course…makes no sense.

    here are the image errors:

    a) when you try to preview the lesson you will see errors load, then it flips to this errored page
    b) the whole thing appears out of date (see 2nd image) and there is nothing left for me to update on my end, my theme and plugins are as up to date as I can get.

I reuploaded to that path and yes that one error is resolved now.

The login and password and products review stuff will be very important etc. Thanks

Hi, Can you advise if I have this correct

-For a plain free membership use the coaching registration page and process only
-For a paid membership non recurring/non subscription fee can use woo commerce only
-For a paid recurring subscription woo commerce must be used with paid membership pro both
-For a non membership recurring payment – woo commerce by itself?

or does woo commerce does not support recurring payments by itself then?

    Hi,

To offer a digital download purchase off the shop page on the coaching theme, does the coaching theme have something builtin for payments or do I add plugins seperately ie: stripe, woocommerce, paypal for an outright purchase with no membership?

Which payment method is best for digital downloads? and does it matter if I have multiple payment options ie: do they conflict?

Hello, Thank you for your response. I am almost at the end of my search engine issues as I purchased the Yoast SEO premium plugin, and it really helped immensely in getting my pages and robots.txt file correct. Their technical support is supreme! Since purchasing the plugin I am back on the charts on both google and bing.

Again thank you for trying to support this issue. This issue is now resolved as I just need to tweak my current pages now.

Hello, regarding ‘noindexing’ allowed by any search engine.

Please look at this image. The file I need to fix is located in a meta tag it says. Can you advise me the file name / path where this is located so I can fix the command that says not to allow indexing from search engine whatsoever.

This is not the default of the godaddy server because it used to work until the new theme got pushed out, which means this is built into the theme and possibly another glitch the coaching theme is not aware of.

I found the robots.txt file and have that fixed but this last file resides somewhere else now…please advise the path so I can get to it myself using my FileZilla. Or if you can just go in and fix that one word and allow google to index my site.

So apparently the default robots.txt file was set to disallow. Godaddy changed that and I was able to submit a recrawl request now. However the indexing is failing now, not allowed so I have to call and have that changed as well.

Is this file – the robots.txt and indexing built into / come with the coach theme like that?

    Hi,

I see also they updated, however while updating that same error occurs, then if I just walk away and leave the page and come back like an hour later the error is gone and it says they have updated. So while updating that error generates, its like there is a delay of some kind in the background.

So in analyzing my current themes pages it seems almost all of the coach theme pages are missing search tags HTML code. The instructions from godaddys site are:

Adding Search Engine Visibility Tags To the HTML of Your Website
Paste your code between the head tags in your website’s code.
To Add Search Engine Visibility Tags To the HTML of Your Website
Open a text editing program, such as Notepad.
Log in to the Web hosting account provided to you by your hosting provider.
In the text editor, open the .html file of the Web page you want to add the Search Engine Visibility Tags to.
In the head portion of the file, insert the Search Engine Visibility Tags.
    Save the file.
Upload the Web page to the server.

Do I need to ftp into each file or can I just go to each page in WP dashboard ->load the page->edit page->add html in the html/visual editor box area????

Hi, Thank you for checking with the developers. I have been able to implement my own solution that is working fine to cover the lack of antispam entries that go into the registrations on the theme, and integration for mailchimp both and I can modify when I need as well so I will pass on the $150 custom code fee, but good to know the option is there if I ever want that.

    Thank you for checking.

The process to be like this

-> customer visits website decides to join as a free member or purchase a course.
-> customer never had an account before so sees the original menu hyperlink that says -> ‘register | login’ (top right corner) and clicks register
-> customer next sees only my custom form load [gravityform id=”1″ title=”false” description=”false”] then fills it out and hits the submit button
-> customer next gets redirected to the original coach theme register link page: https://fullbellymeter.com/account/?action=register
-> customer finishes registering and going through the normal registration process as it was originally.

    Make sense?

This allows my new customers to be auto opted into my mailchimp and it has the honeypot checker built in so I don’t need to use the Google reCaptcha either….its an ideal solution for me to automate and secure my customer registrations.

    thanks

    Hi Huyen

I THINK I FOUND OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE MOBILE MENU….CAN YOU FIX THIS?

I stumbled upon what the issue is for that view I think, it seems if you load the cell phone view with your cellphone vertical in your hand, you do not see the menu and cannot adjust the page to see it (and most people hold their phone vertical in their hands). If you turn the tell cellphone to the horizontal position in your hand, you can see the menu at the far right of that view.

Are you able to adjust what I think is called the ‘responsive’ view code for that?

    Hi Huyen

    1. Still no mobile menu showing on any cell phones. Not resolved yet. Is someone still working on this?

    b. Is resolved now, the name is displaying correct
    c. Is there a ‘users’ export feature in coaching theme?

Can you create me/code a ‘honey pot field’ then for now on my registration page to prevent the spam?

When will that fix be out for captcha? The new user registrations are rolling in pretty quick and I have no idea if these are spam or legit and at 30-50 registrations per day well you see what I mean right? This is going to add up really really fast and allow alot of spam in if these are all autospam registrations…for example this one just came in New user registration on your site Full Belly Meter Weight Loss System:

    Dear fullbelly,

    1) We’re checking it.

FULL BELLY METER RESPONSE: Thank you for checking the mobile menu…it’s driving me crazy as it did used to work in the staging process, then when the site went live it stopped working.

    a) You can read here to know how to change it: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-change-sender-name-in-outgoing-wordpress-email/

FULL BELLY METER RESPONSE : (this link you sent says Why You Should Change the Default Sender Information in WordPress?
The default WordPress sender name is ‘WordPress’ which sends emails from a non-existent email address ([email protected]) as the sender email.).
My issue is that the default email domain is not showing correctly (not the wordpress section before the @ sign)….the domain is showing as myftpupload.com as per the screen shot I sent you. It should say [email protected] and is not. How do I fix that?

    b) I tried to create a new user on your site.

And it’s working normal, see screenshot: http://prntscr.com/lk3j9u

FULL BELLY METER RESPONSE: The register lets me create users as well, but the username confirmed did not match what had to be typed into the username field after the account creation when I had done it. so for example the username came back confirmed as ‘katherine’ but I had to enter ‘[email protected]’ – not what was in the confirmation auto reply email. What I am trying to say is will people not be confused and then enter the 1 name confirmed instead of their whole email address???

    c) You can read here to know how to use MailChimp.

FULL BELLY METER RESPONSE: Does thimpress not have their own landing pages and optin plugin to use with the coaching theme? and if thimpress does not have their own – will the thrive plugins work with the coaching theme here for that, thrive plugin link is here: https://thrivethemes.com/leads/?gclid=Cj0KCQiA28nfBRCDARIsANc5BFBpVatHHI72GmBaPxhJtwYmVAR2m54gQWXY3lSDgbi7zj7F0L1QNJsaAiw3EALw_wcB

    d) I don’t get your mind. Can you say more clearly?

FULL BELLY METER RESPONSE: When a new account gets registered, how do I know these are real people registering with their fingers/own hands? So I was asking is the coaching theme registration process spam protected from auto registration spam programs via the choaching theme? If not, how would you apply captcha to the registration process/link a new user clicks on at the top of the coaching theme?

    e) Please try to use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-captcha/

    FULL BELLY METER RESPONSE:
Would Captcha interfere with also having mailchimp activated on the coaching theme? Can both be done at the same time?

    f) You can read here to know how to add Google Captcha for Contact form: https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-captcha/

    FULL BELLY METER RESPONSE:
    thank you

    g) form: Please help me check again, it’s a contact form.

FULL BELLY METER RESPONSE: Ok thank you, I see the input data now in my email account.
