Our team has developed the LMS Migration feature to ensure a safe and sound move from other LMS plugins to LearnPress. With a few clicks, you can migrate to LearnPress easily and we make sure problems won’t happen. For now, the first LMS to be migrated to LearnPress is Tutor LMS and we will update more LMS shortly.

This feature is included in the latest version of the LearnPress Export Import plugin.

LearnPress (v4.2.7.8 or later)
LearnPress Export Import plugin (v4.0.7 or later)
Tutor LMS (all versions)

Detailed Process

After installing these 3 plugins, you will access your WP dashboard and select “Migration Tool” in the LearnPress section.

When you are on the Tutor LMS migration interface, you can check all data before migrating to LearnPress, including Courses, Sections, Course Items, Questions, and User Learning Progress data types.

Once the data is good to go, you will get a warning if you want to proceed with it after clicking the button “Migrate Now”. Choose “Yes, Let’s start!” and wait for a few seconds, then you should see a success message pop-up with successful migration details inside.

You may click “View Report” to check the result after migrating or “Go To Course Lists” to access the new courses. Here is the final result after you migrate from Tutor LMS to LearnPress.
