From February 1, 2023, a new product license policy will be officially applied to all of the ThimPress products.
Below is detailed information about the new policy:
What Has Been Changed?
1. Time for updating purchased items.
For purchased items on https://thimpress.com, from February 1, 2023, customers have 12 months to download the latest versions of purchased items. After 12 months, only the last versions from the expiring time are available for customers to download.
To continue to download the latest version, customers have the option to renew their license at https://thimpress.com.
2. Support period.
All products on https://thimpress.com have 12 months support license. After 12 months, customers need to renew licenses to have the best support from ThimPress.
3. Installation license.
Each order has one installation license and each installation license is only applied on one website at the same time. Customers can transfer license from a website to another one.
4. New update method.
From February 1, 2023, we release a new update method for purchased items on https://thimpress.com. Customers will no longer have to download zip files to update. This new system allows customers to update LearnPress Add-ons directly by going to LearnPress -> Add-ons and click update.
5. Policy for customers who purchase products before February 1, 2023.
To ensure this change does not interrupt all websites of customers, we will provide customers with another 12 months to download the latest versions of purchased items. This license will expire on February 1, 2024.
