Latest Update" not updating!!!!!

My site went belly up with the latest update. I cannot express my frustration loudly enough!!! Students cannot access any lessons, they get a spinning box when clicking on a paid-for course.
The extra plugins updated but not the main LP one. At one point I had a message saying “Update not available, your license key is invalid” – and I cannot find out where to get an updated key, or what needs to be updated, did I miss renewing something….I paid for another 6mo of useless support here, but that didn’t help either.
I have emailed, sent chat messages, and am getting nowhere…my site has been offline and losing money for a day now.
PLEASE HELP!!!!

Well I spent the last 6 hours rebuilding everything that was broken after whatever you did. Which apparently did not even include updating the theme. Not only did I have to redo the home page, but all the settings for payments were changed, and it’s taken me hours to figure out what they should have been.
Even worse? My course’s lessons are all squished and jumbled on top of each other and UNREADABLE. I thought I’d see what would happen if I tried to create a new one and copy/paste the content. AND I CANNOT ADD ANY LESSONS TO A NEW COURSE.
This has got to be the worst LMS ever.
CAN YOU FIX THIS SO THAT IT WORKS!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
