Access to background picture in home page

Good morning there,
I am having issues to find the access to a background photo located in my home page (image attached: https://prnt.sc/11ib1eq), and at the footer in some pages as well ( http://prnt.sc/11ibcv5 ). Can you remind me where to find the option to change it?
Also in the HOME where this background photo is, I have a contact form ( http://prnt.sc/11ib8jd ) that I want to erase to just write some text and put a buton to another site’s page. Can you also help me to do that? It’s has been a lot since I did it and now I can find the right place to be able to do it.
