Activate “password recovery” funcionality into the Login view/page

Hi, we would like to activate the “password recovery” funcionality into the Login view/page. Because right now, we don´t have that option into the Login page. It is possible to change the password when you are logged and then, you access “My Profile” page. But, if you don’t remember your password for a second login, you cannot enter to the site. Thanks!
