Add “Notice of Privacy” + “Terms & Conds” into the Registration

Hi, I hope you’re OK.
When a new user is doing his/her registration for the 1st time, I would like to add two fields (checkboxes) named as:
– I accept the “Notice of Privacy”
– I accept the “Terms and Conditions”
It is necessary to be added into the Registration page and into the Popup screen.It could be perfect if I can add a hyperlink to the each page; I mean, one for “Notice of Privacy” and another url for “Terms and Conditions”. This should not be a big deal, because those sections already appear into the “gray section”, at the bottom of each page.
