Add registry popup link not working in other parts of the page

  Hi,
  I want to add a popup link like when i press on “Register” at the top right of the page: https://prnt.sc/7nYy_pcBUlWM
  The link when u hover on “Register” is “https://axusaplicaciones.es/lactacademy-nueva/modulos-de-formacion/?action=register” but when i add that link in another part of the page (example at the bottom of the page —> https://prnt.sc/zbXpiMs30bZ5) i set the same link, but nothing happens and it only refresh the homepage.
  
  Am i missing something to trigger the popup?
