Add to cart is not working properly

When I click add to cart and then leave checkout, the Add to cart button returns an error on click. Error message: “You cannot add this course to your cart. Maybe certificate exists.”
Scenario to reproduce:
1. Visit this page https://vidzforbiz.com/courses/video-production-with-cell-phone-online-course/ and click ‘add to cart’
2. Leave checkout page
3. Visit this page again https://vidzforbiz.com/courses/video-production-with-cell-phone-online-course/ and click ‘add to cart’ again. -
