Adjust TopImage of page 'Author: {name}' in Blog (or change link)

Dear support team,
When writing news messages, I prefer that the author shows (in this attatchement: post by Carli). When clicking on Carli, I’m directed to an overview of all messages by Carli. The top image that shows is from the demo data. How can I adjust that top image? I couldn’t find it, hope you can help!
Or, is there a way to adjust where ‘Carli’ (author) links to? I would actually prefer it to link to the author’s personal profile in Our Team. We have two different authors on our site, who are also both having their own profile in Our Team. Is there a way to adjust the link? If it’s too complicated, I will just stick with adjusting the top image! :)
