After update Learnpress 4 tests without buttons, retake, next, previous

Hello,
After the update of LearnPress V4.0:

– LPinstructor User have error of connection with Database after login.
– the “retake” button is no longer visible in the tests. I see just the “Finish Quiz” button.
The “previous” and “next” button of pagination is also missing and the user cannot go back or forward between question, I had to remove the pagination. At the end it doesn’t show results but this:

the test is blocked and not accessible despite we put this setting

I can’t find the setting to show result at the and of the test.
