Assignments need to be sent to instructor, not website admin

  Hi there,
  
  I have a serious issue. Our site has numerous instructors. But when a student submits an assignment for a course, the notification email is sent to the website admin. This notification should be sent to the instructor so they know a student has submitted an assignment.
  
  Please help!
