Assistance: Breadcrumb, Extra White Space, Link Color, and Footer Details

Good Day,
First, thank you for an awesome theme. It’s got everything that I need, and I just have a few small tweaks to get it perfect. Hoping you can assist.

I purchased the theme through Theme Forest and purchased the extended support which is currently in place.
I need assistance with the three items below.
1. How do I disable the breadcrumb on the page? First screen shot shows what I’m referring to. I want to disable the trail that shows the page.
2. Screen shot two, on my about page, there is extra white space above and below the heading and I can’t seem to correct it so that it matches the coaching or contact page. How do I correct this?
3. In the footer, the quick link text is dark grey, and not white. I’ve tried updating it in the widget to white, but it’s not updating. I would like the links to show as white, and then the light blue color when hovered over. Also, how do I update the bottom copywright information in the footer?
