Attempts to Change info on the page during preview cause computer to crash

Each time I’ve attempted to make changes to the demo info such as changing the telephone number at the top of the page using the customization section and preview, after ctrl-click, and the information is typed in, it seems to never complete a save cycle. In the process, what ever is occurring causes my laptop to crash and have to repair and reboot. I’ve attempted this multiple times over the past 3 days using both Chrome and Explorer. It occurs with both browsers. I’m becoming extremely frustrated.
Help? Ideas?
