auto enroll with woocommerce gateway

Hello
I have activated Woocommer gateway in order to manage in a better way the cart of courses, but, even if autoenrolled has been checked, the students still has to enroll. and the funny part is that once payment done, the mail for enrollment is sent !
So, this is same issue than with subscription, it seems that when other gatewy is used the auto enrolled just does not work
I already opened a case about this issue and without any answer untill now.
Could you please check it asap as it’s blocking production.
