Automatically Add a Cleaning fee to Accommodation booking charge

      I have a holiday home that we rent out so when guests book with us they only have one ‘room’ to book (ie the entire house). We have a nightly rate and a one off cleaning fee for each booking. How can I get the system to automatically add the cleaning fee prior to the guest paying.
