Background of Element Showing Up Differently on Desktop vs Mobile

We are having some issues with a section of elements on our home page when viewed on desktop vs mobile. Three elements in one section show up with white backgrounds on desktop (Chrome, Safari, and Firefox) and on mobile, the element backgrounds are showing as black.
