According to your Thimpress documentation the section on to BECOME A TEACHER located here:

Thimpress documentation Screen Shot #2: https://imgur.com/EHbIuzdOur Learn Press Settings sections does not look like the documentation says it should. We do not have a Pages Tab and the Instructors, Registration check box is not there. Therefore we do not know how to trigger the process for Teachers to register. We also do not have the following form or do not know where to find the registration form found in the Thimpress documentation.
