below header there is extra space which pops up 95% times.

Below the header there is extra space is getting created automatically. while editing it disappears but after updating changes it again comes on the page I don’t know why this is happening. 95% time this extra space is getting created after several refreshes this space goes away. please help me find the root cause as soon as possible I am attaching two screenshots below. let me know if you require more details. but please help me to solve this.
