Block Special Date Management

Hi,
I would like to ask for some assistance about how to manage block special dates. I am afraid if that I might be overbooked since if there is a special date that I must block on the website since that date had been booked on-site. But I’m having issues managing the plugins and it seems that what i previously blocked got deleted and return its value into default setting which makes the room type available in a specific date despite of blocking it already.
