Booking for adults and / or children

Hello,
I have buy the theme Hotel WP. This one is great !
For the booking information there is a field number of Guest but not the distinction between adults and children. In the Sailing theme there is this distinction.
It is possible to have in the booking form a field number of children in the Hotel WP theme ?Regards
