Bottom section of one of my pages isn't deleting?

Hello,
I am working on the Hair Salon website. On my 3rd page ‘About Us’ there is a section I can’t delete.

The bottom section with the ‘haisalon’ image (cannot be found as i deleted this from media library) and the contact button I just want deleted. Please advise.
