broken images on the homepage

Hello,
I have a problem with the images on the homepage. I chose the image , reselect it. it appears on the homepage. after sometime it become broken as show on the attached file. I need a solution to this issue. the problem is not with the image. it appears then become a broken link. i don’t know the reason why it becomes broken after selecting it.
