Bug in theme while scrolling: Forms in page do not stick in place

Dear Team,
There has been a recent bug in the theme where the forms or filter tag column does not stick in place and scrolls as you scroll.
This is a video of the bug Bug .
It can be re created when you go to the site, navigate to Blog page or Courses page,scrolling to the bottom and then top.I cannot find a fix to this big. Please suggest a fix.
