Button “Lost your password?” redirecting to wrong page.

I migrated my domain site (from “sandbox.intensivopedagogico.com.br” to “https://intensivopedagogico.com.br/”) and I’m having problems with “Lost your password? button”
When open the “Login Popup”, by clicking the “Lost your password?” button to reset password, instead of going to the “https://intensivopedagogico.com.br/?action=lostpassword ” link (not sure if it was supposed to go to that link), it is taken to another random page (https://intensivopedagogico.com.br/ufms/?action=lostpassword).
Another problem: when I log out, instead of going to the “Home” page, was redirected to the “Home-Courses” page.
I deleted the “Home-Courses” and now when I log out, I go to the Error 404 page. -
