Button not working in chrome, edge, safari, only in firefox

Hi everyone,
I’m finishing my website with this theme but I have problems with the last step of the reservation.
In firefox, the button at the end works, but when I open the page in chrome, or Edge, when I click the final button the confirmation page doesn’t load.
The domain is http://www.venuebatanhotel.com
https://www.venuebatanhotel.com/hotel-checkout/
I can complete the form for a reservation and confirm the booking with firefox, but not with any other navigator, nor on mobile.
after some more digging I found out that I can make reservations because I’m logged in to the wordpress website as an administrator. From what I understand only people that are logged into wordpress can make reservations. Is there a way to change that?
