Buttons and other styling features

Hello there
Please could you tell me where to find the styling options for buttons, etc? I have been through the customize panel and changed everything that I could in there, but still have the green contact button in the main header – I think I have found this in “widgets”, but it asks me to select a button style and I haven’t yet found those to update the colours, etc.
