Can we migrate the plugin license to other site?

  Hello,
  
  I bought the pro bundle and want to use the plugins in a testing site before the main site. So is it possible to use the plugins first with the testing site and then migrate the license to the main site?
  
  This way the plugin is only used by one site only right?
