“Cannot access offset of type string on string” error while importing demo

  Hello,
  
  Upon importing demo contents, we are receiving the following error message.
  “Cannot access offset of type string on string”

  We have tried all demos and they all failed while importing main content.
  If we uncheck the main content from the import demo pop-up, everything got imported without any issue.
  
  Please, check what caused the issue.
  
  WordPress 6.1.1
  Debian 11.6 in GCP
