Cannot change Site Title on Homepage

  Something in the Eduma theme seems to be overriding my Site Title settings in my WordPress settings at Settings > General Settings. Normally I would look in the Site Identity settings in Appearance > Customize, but that option doesn’t seem to be there in this theme. What am I missing?
