Cannot customize theme after a fresh installation

Hi there,
I just bought this theme, I installed it on a fresh WP instance, and I followed the steps on your onboarding process. However, after finishing the installation and importing of the theme Demo, I notice that every time I tried to Customize the theme I got this error:
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
I followed the troubleshooting guide and I noticed that the error goes away when I disactivate the Thim Core plugin.
Later, I did another fresh WP installation and I noticed that, during the theme demo importing, the LearnPress plugin was not successfully installed. And if I tried to install it later (using the Coaching Theme Dashboard), the installation of that plugin fails with the message “Install failed!”.
This error is getting very frustrating.
