Cannot register new User and huge number of bot registrations

Dear colleagues at Eduma,
I need urgent help as people cannot register on my site http://www.progress.guide . Not sure whether it is to do with health emails or not, I tried to register with my work email [email protected] and I could not register. I looked into this after I got complains about some people with .health addresses trying to register on my site but then getting the message suspected bot.
May I please request some urgent help with this as I have started a train the trainer program and people cannot register.
Also there are 1000s of bot registration under users, and it would take me for ever to clean them up, is there any way I can put a stop to those. It is stopping actual genuine registrations while not stopping those that are done through a bot.
